Pros
* Some co-workers were friendly. * Parent company ULCSS is good. * Salary is given in a timely manner. (Not the full CTC they have promised)
Cons
*Top management is ignorant and negligent. *Work life balance will be destroyed, there will only be working for 24*7, yes even on Saturday and Sunday without any extra pay. * Pay cuts after false promises * Management level consists of people who are hardly contributing towards the organisation. They are paid high salaries and retained whereas those who actually do all the work are considered replaceable. * No value towards employees. *Not at all employee friendly.
