- Lazy middle management
- They give you illogical orders and if your project
comes out wrong, it's your fault
- If they do not like you as a person just pack your
bags and leave they will make you want to quit
- They give you unrealistic deadlines that they
think are possible even through they don't
bother learning what goes into processes
- When they do watch you, they are only learning
your job so they can give it to the next associate
who takes your place
I would say it's me but the amount of turnover at this company is ridiculous. I honestly do not think current middle management will last another year there.
