No pros, highly disappointing company.

I strongly advise against considering employment at this company. The internal organization is chaotic, and there is a lack of clarity from the CEO and administration. Furthermore, the company has a history of paying employees late and failing to fulfill promises made during the hiring process. The finance team is unable to provide satisfactory explanations for the delayed salaries and withheld reimbursements. The work environment is highly stressful and emotionally draining, and it's not worth the effort, time, and salary they offer.
