Pros
Amazing company and benefits. They are here to make sure that you are trained well and can handle situation that commonly occur. Working at least 1 case on a weekend brings in extra income.
Cons
There is no major improvement in base salary. Anticipate a 1-5% increase if you even receive it. Working weekends brings a benefit. Sadly, in order for you to work a weekend, a case must be booked. You can't actually locate another work because the hospital can call you at any time. This is unfortunate because many people live paycheck to paycheck in expensive cities while they can make a substantial monthly from our cases.
