      Quite easy work. Unlimited PTO. Education reimbursement and internal training. Lots of great people to work with

      Cons

      Lots of restructuring and layoffs to offset bad leadership decisions. Even the layoffs were poorly managed. No confidence in C-Suite to do the right thing for employees or customers.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
