Pros
I have been working at HRN for 5 years now which - I believe - on its own proves how great this place to be. When I came out of university all young and fresh, they gave me a chance and thought me most of the things I still use on a daily basis. HRN is very multicultural, we do not care about where you are from, if you are cool and hardworking, that is the place for you to be - we work hard and play hard. The growth of the company is amazing, sometimes even too quick. The salary can be very good, if someone is a great and useful addition to the team the options for real talent are unlimited. Position switches are also possible within the departments. If you are interested in international event management and want to learn about different markets and industries HRN can offer a great deal.
Cons
Due to the quick growth of the company, we are sometimes trapped in our own success. The technological development cannot always follow the size of the company, which can result in unpleasant situations. Thanks to the nature of the business and the industry, markets and expectations change so quickly sometimes projects can be hectic or even frustrating.
