      Great infra and procurement projects in different sectors (health, energy, transport...), ability to work on multiple projects at the time, fully remote with some short field trips

      Cons

      No update of contract grade / step with years passing, they tend to give lower grade compared to experience, Instability of projects, lenghy monthly activity reports to prepare to get paid, no career growth path
