      Interesting global projects happening. International environment with diverse people. Great location in the city. Usually better work-life balance than others in the industry.

      Cons

      Intense work and might not feel rewarding at points. Little benefits and personal development opportunities fall short.

      Pros

      Great location, atmosphere, design work, work hours, etc.

      Cons

      It is not like boutique studios as you may expect. It can be very similar to any corporate offices you all hate to go (don't know why...), but truth is it is not like small studio, so don't expect that if you were all about that when applying. By the way, I am not against corporate style. It is just different.
