      Bureaucracy overcomplicates employee movement within the company, company doesn’t value up-skilling designers to become architects, some projects in questionable markets, growth above ethics.

      Pros

      Great location, atmosphere, design work, work hours, etc.

      Cons

      It is not like boutique studios as you may expect. It can be very similar to any corporate offices you all hate to go (don't know why...), but truth is it is not like small studio, so don't expect that if you were all about that when applying. By the way, I am not against corporate style. It is just different.
