In this company you have freedom for implementation of new innovation without too much problem from other departments to increase the efficiency of your area. Decision making is quite fast from top management which gives better opportunity to implement.
Cons
Still now believe in contacts or relationship rather than result oriented appreciation.Even you are doing better with logic will not be considered for your growth if you are not very close to top management.
