      Good Working Location from My Home

      Stop Home Subsidy Without inform. Travel:- bus Not good and not Provide AC in bus. Working For 16 hr duty in Plant and not provide C.OFF and Over time in salary. HR management poor Time office poor Food quality poor Work load management is not properly Ctc range & breakup are not properly Very political. High favouritism. Appraisal cycles are horrible and manipulative. Appraisal system sucks and is modified based on favourite team member. Toxic working environment.

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.

      I was placed on real projects and had a great hands-on experience. The people were also friendly and willing to clarify any confusions.
