-Accessible Senior Management- the President of the company will sit down with an AAE to talk about future goals
Cons
-Compensation- it's really difficult to get raises unless there is a title increase
-Clients can be VERY difficult
-Work is very limited to TV broadcast
-Understaffed- everybody is worked to death with limited appreciation
-Some Sr. Management aren't team players and agree to deliver unreasonable asks to clients without checking with the teams that are actually creating the work
