      - They treat you like King as long as you are on a project - Excellent Pay - Flexible WFH

      Cons

      - Hire and Fire Policy - Hectic timelines and false commitments to the Clients - Document all your conversations with Management and HR since they will change it or misquote is based on convenience - Once a project is over, be ready to get fired irrespective of how long you are with the company since hiring is only based on project to project - Totally unethical and fake promises

      Family oriented, cutting edge, supportive team atmosphere. Management is extremely supportive and open to listening to it's employees
