Pros

Really fun place to work. Teaching mid-career Military officers to think beyond their comfort zones and begin the process of expanding their horizons to what lies ahead. many are fixated on the next three years. helping them see beyond that is the fun and challange

Cons

Because the curriculum is tied to learning outcomes the ability to change course and innovate in the classroom is limited. course authors and curriculum developers maintain the keys to the castle

Pros

We taught leadership to mid-level Army officers from the US and over 80 other countries to prepare them to lead large organizations in uncertain and volatile environments. It was a rewarding and wonderful experience to interact and teach the future leaders of our Armed Services. The students wanted to be there and wanted to be taught.

Cons

The leadership curriculum needed more time in the schedule. Leadership is the most important aspect of what will help the students succeed in the future.
