Pros

Enduring that environment taught me that I will not be mentally broken by anyone. It showed we that hard work and competence do not always equal success. Some of my peers were excellent. I learned a lot from self-study.

Cons

From 2019-2021, this organization was toxic in ways that you only read about. Captains were relentlessly bullied, screamed at, and tracked. The Majors in charge of military Justice screamed, harassed, slammed things, bullied, demeaned, and counseled people in writing based on fabricated stories. All of the foundation knew that this was happening, but they told the Captains to “DBnA” and dissuaded them from reporting anything. Almost all of the Captains who worked in the section during that time left the Army or were forced out. It caused immeasurable damage to my life.
