"No rush, no effort" work experience. Parking lot.

Very toxic atmosphere. Low educated, low skilled entry level and mid-level management (U.S. staff) - frustrated and quite unprofessional. No benefits package. Surprisingly unattractive salary. No career development opportunities for local staff.
