This ship is on the "bow wave of innovation", so if you want to work with folks that are pushing that limit, this is the place for you. The team is small so be prepared to do whatever it takes to get it done. As a manager, I try to keep it fun and real, because the pressure to progress is real with this team.
Cons
This pace is not for everyone. If you want to stamp and staple paperwork look somewhere else. You'll likely be asked to do things that are not core to your focus so be prepared to be flexible and take on responsibilities outside of your expertise. Call it an opportunity to grow.
