Terrible fear- based culture due to financial instability from the top-down. There is a general lack of trust from C-suite level and although they preach diversity of thought and people, do not match their strategies or hiring practices with written philosophy. Little- no upward mobility opportunities also contribute to extremely high turnover rate of employees.
