Pros
Decent benefits, HR is proactive and very helpful though HR's hands are tied when it comes to keeping promises made by managers. Overall, not a terrible place to work, but not alot of room for advancement or new ideas.
Cons
There is a strong "us versus them" thing here. HR has tried to work on this, but it continues. CEO is very non confrontational and is really frustrating. Seems males make higher salaries and command more respect.
