USAL has excellent benefits in my opinion, better than other companies I’ve worked at. A lot of people in management, started as truck drivers which is a big plus. Longevity is abundant, there are many people who have been with the company for decades and many million milers. Pay structure for drivers is generous. I won’t discuss it here, but trust me it is good. Excellent training for drivers with no prior car hauling experience. The folks at the training department are very knowledgeable and they make training a fantastic experience. Good communications tools to keep everyone informed, engaged and ensure new driver get the help that they need. I truly appreciate that.
