      Pros

      Excellent VP/SrVP., Brian and Bob understand people and business. .Very inspiring leaders with great vision, integrity, and high standards. Great culture. Big clients.

      Cons

      Unethical/manipulative President. No long term vision. Out of touch with needs of the business and lacks integrity. Change needed, could be a highly successful company one day.

      No longer working there, I wish they still had Lowes.

      I could go on and on really. My team was great, my cro was great Betty was absolutely fabulous in every sense of the word. She was a great leader, letting her go was a crazy decision. The company was great to us as managers and took great care of its drivers as well. Very flexible.

      Cons

      Letting Betty go, and there is sometimes a lack of job security as they are a 3PL.
