      High turnover with management and drivers No room for growth Trucks are damaged, unsafe and dangerous Fire drivers for anything Ignore your issues pertaining ur position No HR department so if money short it’s just short

      No longer working there, I wish they still had Lowes.

      Pros

      I could go on and on really. My team was great, my cro was great Betty was absolutely fabulous in every sense of the word. She was a great leader, letting her go was a crazy decision. The company was great to us as managers and took great care of its drivers as well. Very flexible.

      Cons

      Letting Betty go, and there is sometimes a lack of job security as they are a 3PL.
