      Pros

      Enjoyed my time there. Never a dull moment. If you want a routine job, don't come here, but if you want to be challenged and have opportunities to work on technology you'll likely not have at larger companies, than US Wired is for you! Management was competent, friendly and supportive. Patrick S, the COO, was a great motivator.

      Cons

      Mostly on-the-job training or self-study. Lacked formal classroom training, but Bob K, their IT Architect, was a great mentor.

      Pros

      Nice, down-to-earth team members. Great to collaborate with them during the day, and socialize after work. Experienced, caring management team with integrity. Clear vision for growth. We made several industry lists during 2020 when all the other companies were struggling from the pandemics, so that tells you something about this company's resilience. No office politics or drama. Nice, upscale office environment, with a variety of free snacks and drinks. Each commute if you live in the south bay.

      Cons

      Half the employees work remotely permanently even before the pandemic, so you feel a little disconnected from them.

      Everything related to management. Need to have proper moral management hired to turn this company around.
