Pros

The biggest pro, this is the longest I have stayed with any company, I have just passed 3 years, but most of my team mates have been there longer than me. I work with good clients and everyone in the company is very helpful from my team mates to the managers, human resources and senior management. As for my work, a lot of my work is resolving customer support tickets, responding to online orders, deliveries and returns for ecommerce.

Cons

Once you're working with a client they don't want to let you go, even if you have grown out of the role or want a change, but managers can help when this happens.

Pros

USource helped me enhance not only my knowledge but, most especially, my skills in the world of digital advertising. It allowed me to navigate and learn different platforms and continuously helps me grow and improve in this field.

Cons

The fast-paced workload can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when handling multiple tasks or campaigns at once, but I understand that this is necessary given the nature of the work and the need to deliver results efficiently.
