Great Team - Development Associate UTEC (MA) Employee Review

This place of employment rally cares for their employees, and are willing to put in the work to dismantle white supremist work structures. I am impressed with the organization's values and the work they poor into their communities.

The pay could be better for the emotionally taxing work that comes with the job titles, but as a nonprofit, money is hard to come by with grants and such.

Good pay and benefits as well as time off

UTEC tries to say they uphold a culture where they are a family and that everyone has a voice in the company. Really what this means is if you speak up about issues pertaining to management or how the company is run then it will reflect poorly on you.
