No upward movement here - Coding Specialist UTHealth Houston Employee Review

The only way you get a raise in pay is if you apply for another position that is the next step up, the last pay raise I got was 4 years ago, and we had to work during Covid. The company did give us a 1 time bonus of like $1200, but that's only because they still made $$ with us working our butts off. I was told if I wanted a raise in pay , that I would have to apply for a different job:(((
