The work environment was friendly and freedom to include own content and ideas.

The company recruited me as a external consultant in sep 2018, while on contract and promised to pay my first month's salary after 2 months of completing my first month's work. But they made it such a difficult task for me, as I had to follow up for such a long time and visit the office numerous times , that at one point I had lost hope, and finally they paid me my first month's salary almost after a year. Now I am following up with them for my form 16, even that they still haven't given it to me. It's August 17 2019, and I am still waiting to file my ITR (thankfully the income tax filing date has extended till Aug 31), and they still tell me the company is yet to pay the tds to income tax dept, only then they can receive form 16s. Such unprofessionalism on the part of the company.

We got lot of exposure to the Skill Development Industry. When most of the Skill Development companies are working only for the purpose of money, UTL is unique by having Industry required Training Programs. Through the Skill Development Programs, UTL has transformed the life of 'n' number of Youths especially from the rural areas. Salary has been very good compared to other Skill Development companies.

Unfortunately, company lost its path and were not able to provide salary on time in the past 6 months.
