Pros
It's great working on a college campus where you can find awesome students, faculty, and staff. There is always something going on and it's never boring. I work with a great team who is supportive and work extremely hard.
Cons
Parking is difficult because you have to compete with the students and the campus is growing rapidly. One downside is also as the campus grows, the feeling of a tight-knit community begins to fade.
