Pros
There are a few smart people at the agency, but they leave because of, lack of growth, unproductive work environment, horrible clients and toxic leadership team.
Cons
You have people in VP roles, that have no idea, what they are doing. They're hired because they are friends with someone on the leadership team. While people who have the skillset carry their workloads. There are so many meetings, but nothing get's done. The agency is ran by people, who are self centered and don't care or treat their employees with respect. The CEO had the nerve to make it mandatory for everyone to attend a 50 year anniversary celebration, but didn't thank anyone, but herself. Call me, crazy, but that is rude and classless. Don't work here, they will use up your talents and when you have the nerve to object about anything, you have a target on your head. Lack growth, subpar resources and the NY office is no place to bring clients.It's old, run down and empty because so many people have quit.
