Pros
Belnick has been a great place to work. I have learned a tremendous amount in my short time with the company. My team is full of bright, motivated people who are both supportive and kind, and my direct managers are always available and have a wealth of knowledge. The industry is changing, and Belnick is doing a good job making adjustments and progress. I think my compensation is good, and I am happy with the benefits! The CEO is accessible and dialed in to what is going on across the organization.
Cons
Departments that don't work together often may not always communicate, but Belnick hosts a monthly Town Hall where employees are given an opportunity to learn about strides and new processes in other departments.
