bad toxic environment , affects health by night shifts, more excessive working overtimes, although standardization exist but application is not. week equality bases for merits and benefits are for some nationalities rather , no appreciation for engineers in entry level , no obvious liabilities , specialization interferences with different department and decisions, very low wages for engineers based on USD standard in MEA region
