      Pros

      It started out with good intentions. The concept is good, but in order to offer what the company is offering (the passengers), they must first have the means to do so. And although this company had every good intention in the beginning, they fell short. Prices are good. Customer Service is great!

      Cons

      Salary is so-so. Food is prepared in a back room, or on the aircraft. Nothing is done sanitary. Sometimes you are asked to "fudge" a time sheet. You will be told (upon hiring) what salary & raises to expect....DON'T expect them. The aircraft are "cheaper" for you to maintain, but they are USELESS for your purpose.

      Pros

      After working for this company under both the old and now the new management, I am amazed at how the company has turned around for the better. The work environment is more relaxed and friendly. The office feels lighter and more inviting, and I enjoy all of my coworkers. Every department from Management to Maintenance is always available for questions or if you are in need of help. All in all, I feel the new management is working hard on improving the company not only for the employees but for the customers as well!

      Cons

      If more information could be presented for new hires regarding dress policies, work hours/shift, sick leave, vacation time etc., that would be super helpful.
