      Pros

      Columbia City Indiana is a nice enough small town, quiet, low cost of living, easy commute with minimal traffic congestion.

      Cons

      With department of defense budgets declining this company is in real trouble, a career dead end. On top of that this company practices management by intimidation as standard operating procedure. Very unpleasant working environment. Stay far away from the USSI division of Ultra Electronics.

      I can't think of many - even the benefits are worst in class.

      Reminder for anyone trapped in a workplace that stinks worse than swamp sewage: DO NOT dare resign. 🛑 Let them give you severance. Stand your ground, refuse to let toxic coworkers talk down to you, and drop your effort to the bare minimum. Document every single toxic interaction. If you’re in a one-party consent state, record it. Build your case, make your HR complaints, and force them to give you a payout to leave.
