You are required to put your own cellphone into a bag and can't get it back until the end of your shift. Seriously? It's like high school all over again. Great managers but there's just not enough. There is 1 regional manager for 7 stores. If you aren't in the main Stevens point office you will only have the manager in your store twice per month. US Cellular as a parent company can be relatively dysfunctional at times.
