      The process was smooth and exciting. All the central management and plant management was very supportive and looking forward to interact with us. There was not a moment where we had to feel nervous or tired due to continuous activities which keep us engaged in teams

      Pros

      The company benefits are really good. The compensation is above industry average. Women friendly policies and hardly anyone get's fired. Overall not a bad place to work.

      Cons

      The management is old, and some manager's are a bit sexist in their outlook. Lot of beauracracy goes on.
