      UltraTech has a good environment and provides a lot of security and stability, the culture is nice and so are the people

      Cons

      6 day work week in certain offices but that's understandable due to the nature of the industry, skewed gender ratio

      Pros

      The company benefits are really good. The compensation is above industry average. Women friendly policies and hardly anyone get's fired. Overall not a bad place to work.

      Cons

      The management is old, and some manager's are a bit sexist in their outlook. Lot of beauracracy goes on.
