Honest Review of My Experience at Ultrafly Solutions
I feel it's important to share my experience at Ultrafly Solutions so others can make an informed decision before considering employment there.
Unfortunately, my time with the company was extremely disappointing. One of the most alarming issues was the non-payment of salaries. Despite repeated follow-ups, employees often didn’t receive their rightful compensation, and there was no transparency or accountability from the management regarding this matter.
In just six months, more than 87 employees were either terminated or forced to leave due to extremely poor management practices. There is no job security and employees are treated as easily replaceable. If you're someone who values your time, mental health, and self-respect, I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.
The Managing Director, Manoj, appears to lack not only basic leadership skills but also a proper understanding of how to manage a team or run a company. His working style is highly unprofessional—while employees are expected to report to work by 9:30 AM and often work till 9:00 PM, he himself reportedly arrives at the office around 6:00 PM. This lack of structure and accountability sets a poor example for the entire team.
The HR department, particularly Lakshman, seems more interested in playing internal politics than supporting employees. Many staff members feel manipulated and misled by HR’s false promises and lack of integrity.
Client satisfaction is another major issue. Several clients have reportedly been disappointed by the quality of service provided, especially due to overpromises made by Mr. Manoj that are not backed by delivery. The company comes off as entirely money-driven, with little regard for employee welfare or client success.
To sum up, Ultrafly Solutions is not a suitable workplace for professionals seeking a healthy and respectful work environment. The internal culture is toxic, management lacks competence, and there is no assurance of receiving the salary you’ve worked for. I hope this review helps others avoid the mental stress and instability that many of us went through.
