      1. Kids running the company, so no professionalism. 2. Management is in worst shape inluding HR 3. They believe they are doing some technology which nobody have, attitude need to corrected.

      Good learnings if in proper team, good mentorship if you look for it

      Cons

      Start-up culture, most days might be 12 to 13 hour workdays. Sometimes Saturdays too. Not enough compensation for the work you put in.
