Pros
Managers are okay. I joined after covid 1 wave, and even though there was pressure by founders to return back to office, my manager helped me to stay wfh for some more time
Cons
Many: No new business for past 12months. Appraisal and hikes not announced for past 2years. They talk big things about AI but its still basic. They LOVE micromangement. Salary is below average..work is above average. Not quality, only quantity.
