I think its what I love most about working here. And the company is very careful about only hiring people that fit the company work culture. - Lack of office politics and micro-management: You get a lot of freedom here to do your job, make mistakes, learn from them and own your projects without too much micro-management from superiors. It's a very flat, non-hierarchical reporting structure where everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. Downtown location w/ Free Parking - Downtown Austin is an expensive and coveted location and getting free parking really is a big deal here. Free snacks and drinks - Tons of healthy snacks, drinks, fruits etc. And an in-house snack force that takes suggestions very seriously :-) Tons of company events and outings.
Cons
Small Space: We've grown so fast and doubled our staff so we've outgrown our small office. The good news is we're supposed to be moving into an awesome, large new office in a month!
