      Pros

      Amazing, interesting work experience. Lots of machine learning oppurtunities.

      Cons

      Hire less interns and focus on growing skills of current employees instead. Improve and overhaul the technical interviewing process. All ML positions be tested on coding competency and mathmematical competency.
