      Pros

      Good company to work for. Just about everything was good when i was there. No complaints. Very good leadership, good work culture, great coworkers, good benefits, good learning culture and great people.

      Cons

      You *may* outgrow it. But is it a con, really? Honestly though, there might be some favoritism.

      Pros

      Great management team, positive and ultra competent crew, amazing new digs (not open space galore), willingness to constantly improve, genuine desire for work/life balance... the list goes on and on... It really is just the best place to work in Van.

      Cons

      Self-introspecting, exploring and experimenting are all necessary in a growing company, but also have downsides in the form of unclear directions and wasted efforts.
