There's no pros whatsoever, literally no single positive thing about the experience.
Cons
I've been freelancing for quite a long time, and I've never worked from the office, but they lured me with a promise of quite a nice pay - completely false, though, as the CEO clearly had nothing to do and would stand behind my shoulder looking at every single thing I do when designing, asking me to make changes in the process (and, as you probably know, a graphic designer needs to actually be able to finish his job before getting any kind of feedback, so that was beyond annoying). Left after one day, done a lot of work for them that they used, but refused to pay me and kept questioning if my portfolio is mine or maybe I've stolen it off the Internet. Complete waste of time, terrible company, absolutely horrible experience. Being treated as a fraud after years of freelancing for proper clients is truly unbelieveable.
