      There wasn’t much micro-management, at least not on the team I was part of.

      Cons

      People in higher positions didn’t necessarily have more knowledge or experience; many seemed to be there mainly because of their personal connections with the owner.

      Pros

      Honestly, can't think of any. At the end, everyone I knew left the place. Everyone just ran.

      Cons

      - Low salaries - Management doesn't care about employees. - You'll have so much work that you need to forget about any kind of work-life balance. - They'll promise you salary raise, things becoming better, etc. but after some time you'll realise that's just a lie.
