We have many executives that are non-Caucasian and we've promoted many internal employees to management positions from all cultures and races. Employees are reviewed at 30, 60 and 90 days and again annually, giving employees an opportunity to be recognized in writing for their performance contributions. We absolutely agree with you that employees should negotiate their pay and not undervalue themselves. We benchmark industry pay with the use of a salary software like Payscale. Unical recognizes and rewards high performers and years of service and in some cases pay over market. Unical is part of only 3% of all companies that still pays for employee and family benefits at 100%. As a non-union facility we have the benefit of an employer funded benefits program and are able to pay based on performance. We are continuously looking for ways to improve.
