Pros

Cheap accomodation for girls & boys hostel are located very close 5 days a week. But most people are called in to do work on Saturdays & Sundays - if you're lucky god will save you 2 days of rest No Hierarchy followed, anyone can take help from senior person, only allowed in limit Tea, Coffee is available & every month you get a piece of cake Good for local candidates

Cons

Too many Peons in this company, one time I counted & found there were 5 peons working here, but no cleanliness is there...especially in pantry, food eating area & girls washroom Basic amenties are not available, for medical kit, HR will "manipulate you to have different medicie because they dont have a use full Medical Kit" Drinking water is a huge problem, the water tank & cooler had fungus which was pointed out for many months but careless people take no action Water Cooler once had a dead mouse in it, for 2-3 days & stll no action wa staken to solve this at once, there are more HR's than peons & therefore none of the above are good for anything If you ignore all of this - which means common sense things. Then you are also let down by the salary which not as per industry standards. I think HR always manipulate candidates from UP birthplace by saying comments like "aap UP se hi ho, thoda kam amount mein le lo" which is absurd, keeping in mind the problems for toilet & water you'll face on many days CEO & CTO don't run company like a team & do whatever they like, they are not very popular with employees & have no sense of treating junior engineers like servants

Pros

Joining Unicode Systems is like joining a corporate directly. I didn't only get the best of technology training but also got exposed to the real life corporate culture (the discipline and the Confidence to work). Thanks to all my trainers of Unicode, who mentored me till I had a flying start of my career.

Cons

Being a trainee, nothing was unfair with me but yes they should improve their teaching style.

Pros

Working with Unicode Systems has been memorable and fascinating. The company’s work culture is great and provides employees a supportive environment.

Cons

The only concern is, since they are growing in numbers, it’s difficult to follow a hierarchical structure to convey your thoughts.
