WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR! DELTA GLOBAL SERVICES NEEDS UNION - Supervisor Unifi Employee Review

Pros

Flight benefits are okay but when you look how hard the people work and then compare your flight benefits with the agents that work the same plane in ATLANTA you will see that not only do they get a better status when they fly they cut in front of the line on priority status. Delta Airlines has also given additional perks to their employees that Delta Global Services does not get such as 2 free positive space passes for taking care of their operation when their computer system went down system wide. DGS employees got a small TINY paid bonus that was taxed and the only reason we got it was because they knew if they didn't give us something that there would have been damage control to do.

Cons

Worst place to work. Morale is very low and senior leadership from Station manager up are only about themselves how much bonus they can profit at the end of the year while their under paid agents go home barely able to feed their families because you cut the hours every single schedule that comes out. Supervisors are great but unfortunately do not get the backing from their upper management and thus the entire operation crumbles. Yes I am a supervisor and i am telling you that this company is worst company I have ever worked for. Word of advice if you have problems call the hotline or call delta directly because station managers and regional manager and HR will try to keep things in house and sweep things under the rug and concerns will fall on deaf ears.

Pros

No pros to working at Unifi. The Airport is beautiful and people are great. Unfortunately the employees work very hard for little pay and support from Unifi.

Cons

The company has significant internal issues that are not adequately addressed by Human Resources. There appears to be a culture of covering up problems rather than resolving them transparently. Leadership seems more focused on employee retention metrics and maintaining appearances with the airlines they serve than on addressing serious workplace concerns and holding individuals accountable. One of the most concerning examples was the handling of a manager who allegedly inappropriately harassed employees over a period of years. Despite ongoing concerns, meaningful action was not taken for years.. Situations like this create an environment where employees lose trust in leadership and feel that workplace misconduct is not taken seriously. This company should prioritize employee safety, accountability, and ethical management. Addressing serious concerns promptly and transparently is essential to retaining good employees and fostering a healthy workplace culture.
