Pros

Flight benefits, extremely fast work environment, and hard working people who are like family

Cons

Although all the other reviews except the ones the headquarters high-ups posted are correct, there is one major thing missing! The customers! Now, this company IS DELTA. I dont care what anyone says, its Deltas way to control but lower its employee costs. Anyway, thats not to worst part. I worked for Delta and loved my job as well as working with the customers. I still work with those same customers whom I love to work with and care about but now with Delta's DGS Wholly Owned Subsidiary. The pay and the worst management you could ever imagine along with seriously bad organization cause high turnovers. Because of this we have people running the counter who dont know how to do any more then what the Kiosks can do. Even worse, most these people have 0% customer service skills! This means its Delta's customers who are getting the other end of the shaft here! Doesn't Delta care??? This amazing company I loved so much is doing this to the customers and "team members", "internal customers"!

Pros

No pros to working at Unifi. The Airport is beautiful and people are great. Unfortunately the employees work very hard for little pay and support from Unifi.

Cons

The company has significant internal issues that are not adequately addressed by Human Resources. There appears to be a culture of covering up problems rather than resolving them transparently. Leadership seems more focused on employee retention metrics and maintaining appearances with the airlines they serve than on addressing serious workplace concerns and holding individuals accountable. One of the most concerning examples was the handling of a manager who allegedly inappropriately harassed employees over a period of years. Despite ongoing concerns, meaningful action was not taken for years.. Situations like this create an environment where employees lose trust in leadership and feel that workplace misconduct is not taken seriously. This company should prioritize employee safety, accountability, and ethical management. Addressing serious concerns promptly and transparently is essential to retaining good employees and fostering a healthy workplace culture.
