Pros
None any more, the company once was a great place to work, not any more. The loss of all critical knowledge that left the company will ultimately be the demise.
Cons
Horrible work culture, total lack of any competent management, client relations are a mess, along with all jobs being outsourced to India, with all new development being done by contractors that have no clue what the company actually does.
