Pros
You will alway have a job, because they will push you every when they need. You don’t alway get your own role and responsibilities. They give decent bonus. Motivate you to work, make you feel important.
Cons
They get rid of people every year to cut cost, only keep production worker. And instead of letting you go, they would send you to work in production, so you would quit on your own. Even you have worked your way up, you’ll end up working on the floor when they need you to. New employee get really good paid, and forget about older employees. Most of new employees get paid more than current employees.
